Industrial Crimp Couplings
Industrial crimp ferrules and sleeves can be used in a wide variety of applications that benefit from increased coupling retention and a higher assembly working pressure rating. The weakest link in most hose assemblies is the means of attaching the coupling to the hose. A properly crimped hose will typically allow for the entire assembly to be rated at or near the working pressure rating of the hose and coupling. Interlocking ferrule crimp fittings mate with specially designed fittings to offer maximum coupling retention for severe applications. Sleeve crimped fittings are an economical attachment method for low to medium pressure applications and can attach many standard hose couplings not designed specifically for ferrule-crimped assemblies.
